EDGE BANDING QLD

A good or bad job is often determined by the quality and application of the edge tape. We have invested a lot of time to ensure our edge banding service delivers a clean desirable edge that will complement the complex melamine finishes available on the market today.

Features of our Edge Bander include:

• 0.5, 1 & 2mm PVC edging for board applications from 9 to 60mm thick
• Timber Edging including 0.5mm veneers to 3mm solid edges
• Diamond Premilling to rectify the board edge and remove scribe marks or chips before edge application.
• Pro Nesting allows the edger guides to pass over hinges holes or cut outs up to 50mm without affecting the edge finish.
• Riepe Cleaning System eliminates glue and other contaminants adhering to the board and edge tape, potentially damaging the finish.
